I've had my share of about half a dozen people that had "a couple of beers", a wrong-way driver on the interstate while taking in a cardiac arrest, people assaulting the police, cardiac arrests before shift change, and pulling people out of burning cars while they try to drive down the interstate. (At least for today.)
